Ben Park, James Wilson, and Stephen Gardner
When Ben Park, Stephen Gardner and James Wilson were originally asked to change show times (they used to do a show on Sunday mornings), they were offered the Stig shift of midnight to 7am, 7 days a week. Sadly, due to their own laziness, they said they weren't able to do this, so have taken up residence on Wednesday nights 8-10pm.
It's compulsory that Ben is ill at least once during a ThornburyFM broadcast. This time around, Ben was ill the week before, but has continued coughing in the background of records throughout the entire broadcast.
Since the last Thornbury broadcast on FM, Ben has got a job, and James has learnt to drive. Stephen has increased his walking speed, and can now walk to pretty much anywhere in a mere 19 minutes and 30 seconds (down from 20 minutes, 16 seconds).
Despite the time change, it is essentially the same show. We've managed to get Donald McDonald to reorganise his schedule and come back with all the local news, and a new guy called Jim Borehamwood, who seeks out the latest club tunes so you don't have to.

The whole world is talking about Twitter these days. Ben and Stephen have been on it nearly a year now, and have cultivated a following of almost 400 people between them. Some of them are even real people, not related to them, who aren't spammers. At least 17, probably.
If you want to know what Stephen had for breakfast, or see a funny sign Ben has wandered past this afternoon, you can follow them both via the links above. (James *was* on Twitter, but stopped using it, in case "they" find out too much about his secret life.)
