Bob Chapman Back In Time -Wednesday evenings 8:00 pm I am pleased to say that this is my fifth session of broadcasts on Thornbury FM and I am just as excited about my first show this time as I was back in April of 2007. My show Back In Time is on Wednesday evenings from 8.00 till 10.00 and I will be playing an eclectic mix of music from the last 50 years. Each week I will have a different featured artist and amongst the tracks I play I hope to bring to the airwaves some of the less heard songs from well known artists. If you have any requests you can contact the studio in the usual way (details on the Thornbury FM website) and I will do my best to dig out the required tracks. There will be my usual quiz questions and hopefully some very nice prizes to give away. On a personal note, I am married to Julia, have four grown up children and ten grandchildren. My hobbies include reading, watching films and sport and supporting Reading Football Club albeit from afar due to work commitments preventing me from attending the wonderful Madjeski stadium as much as I would like. I also enjoy spending time with our Jack Russell Poppy. In my spare time (which seems to be getting less and less) I have a mobile disco business and love to provide entertainment from birthday parties to wedding receptions and pretty much anything in between. So tune in to “Back In Time” Wednesday evenings from 8.00 till 10.00 for a stroll down memory lane and enjoy easy listening music from the last fifty years with a bit of trivia thrown in for good measure.
